Perks and Abilities
Civilians use Perk Decks. Matches award Perk Points, which can be spent on card rolls or temporary upgrades to owned cards. Higher-cost rolls improve the chance of rarer cards; upgrades last for a limited number of matches. Equip a deck in your Civilian loadout before playing.
Michael uses a different setup: Killer Sense and Shape Jump are starting traits, alongside three selected abilities. His loadout also includes a starting weapon. Read the Michael Myers abilities guide for the killer's tools.
Loadout tip: read your card effects and upgrade duration before spending points. Review your deck after changing character so it supports the role you intend to play.

Multiplayer Objectives and Teamwork
Multiplayer pits one Michael Myers player against four Civilians. Civilians find residents, persuade them to cooperate and guide them to escape routes. Search for useful items and available exits each match: their locations can change.
Michael hunts residents and has special targets that award extra rewards before time runs out. Escape sequences make noise and can reveal the Civilians' location. Share sightings and item discoveries with teammates, and agree on an exit before starting a noisy escape.
Elimination does not necessarily end a Civilian player's participation: the official overview describes returning as a Sheriff's Deputy or Dr. Loomis. Coordinated resistance can detain Michael rather than kill him.
