Regal Cosmetic Code

Regal says Crown Club members who see a film in the Halloween series can receive an in-game cosmetic for Halloween: The Game. The member must use their Regal Crown Club card when purchasing tickets, and qualifying members receive a unique code by email.
This is not a public code that everyone can copy. Each promotional code is intended for an eligible recipient and should be treated as single-use.
Do not confuse two Regal offers: the cosmetic promotion supplies a unique in-game reward code. Regal also runs a separate sweepstakes in which 100 winners receive a Steam code for a free copy of the full game.

Not Sold After Launch
The official pre-order FAQ states that the Phantom skin will not be available to purchase after the pre-order period ends.
A seller advertising a “Phantom code” after launch should be checked carefully for platform, region, ownership, prior use, and refund protection. This site does not sell or verify resale codes.

The Digital Deluxe Edition is not a redeem-code promotion. It is a paid edition of the game, and the Deluxe Upgrade is also available separately after launch.

Are there any public Halloween: The Game reward codes?
No public universal reward code is currently confirmed. The Regal cosmetic promotion uses unique codes emailed to eligible members.
Can I still obtain Phantom Michael?
The publisher describes Phantom Michael as a digital pre-order exclusive that will not be available to purchase after launch.
Are Richard and Alexis redeem-code rewards?
No. Richard and Alexis are two playable Civilians included with the Digital Deluxe Edition and Deluxe Upgrade.
Are the physical-edition skins exclusive forever?
No. The Clown and Samhain skins are described as advance access, and the publisher says they can also be obtained by completing in-game challenges.
